iPOPS 2026 on RedStar Poker: Schedule, Tickets, Prizes

All times listed below are in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC).

What is iPOPS

iPOPS is a network tournament series with buy-ins ranging from €1 to €1000, designed for both micro-stakes players and mid-stakes regulars. The schedule offers a full mix of formats:

For those looking to enter expensive events for less, a network of satellites with buy-ins from €0.01 to €100 is available – they award tickets valid for series tournaments.

The series consists of three complementary mechanics: in-game tournament missions, a daily leaderboard, and promotional Twisters. These can be combined: by playing regular iPOPS tournaments, you simultaneously complete missions, earn leaderboard points, and get tickets to enter new events.

1. Tournament Series and Play Missions

The main mechanic of the series is built around revenue missions: you simply play tournaments, earn bonus points for actual rake paid, and receive tickets to key events for it. You need to register for each mission once through the poker client during its validity period.

Satellite Mission Periods (for Main Event Satellite and Knockout Satellite) are divided into three segments, and you can receive one ticket in each:

Missions for main tickets (Main Event and Knockout Championship) are valid for a single period from 07.09 00:00 — 28.09 18:00, and Side Quest runs until 29.09 23:59.

Free Blinds

The Side Quest reward is issued in the form of “iPOPS I €0.50 FB” free blinds. These are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and are intended for NL50 cash tables (small and big blind). Essentially, this is €10 of free cash game play for your tournament activity.

2. iPOPS Daily Leaderboard

In parallel with the missions, a daily leaderboard for tournaments with buy-ins from €1 to €1000 runs throughout the series. Here, not only your results but also your activity itself is rewarded: points are awarded for every event played, and deep finishes are particularly generous.

Promotion period: 30.08 00:00 — 30.09 06:00. Qualification is daily (00:00–23:59 GMT), and the final day is extended: 29.09 00:00 — 30.09 06:00.

Key detail: all points are multiplied by a factor depending on the buy-in amount — the more expensive the tournament, the higher the multiplier.

Example from the rules: A player enters an iPOPS PKO tournament with a €75 buy-in (×3 multiplier). For participation, they receive 2 points × 3 = 6 points for the leaderboard.

Useful nuances:

3. Promotional iPOPS Twisters

The third component of the series is special Twisters (fast, three-player lottery tournaments with a random prize pool). In the iPOPS version, they award not only cash but also series tournament tickets, making them a convenient "springboard" into expensive events.

Promotion period: 30.08 00:00 — 29.09 18:00.

The range of promotional Twister tickets covers almost the entire series range — from €0.50 to €30:

Winning a Twister can award a ticket to a target iPOPS tournament — from small “€2 Ticket” to top ones like “€500 MAIN” and “€250 Ticket”. This means that with a tiny buy-in, you can theoretically "spin up" your way to the series' Main Event without paying the full buy-in.

How to Put It All Together: Participation Strategy

The three promotions reinforce each other. The optimal participation scenario looks like this:

  1. Register for all missions and the leaderboard through the client — this is done once per promotion and costs nothing.

  2. Play regular iPOPS tournaments, not just satellites: they simultaneously bring revenue points for missions, award leaderboard points, and advance you towards tickets.

  3. Use satellites and Twisters as a low-cost entry into expensive events — but remember that satellites do not earn leaderboard points.

  4. Keep track of ticket expiration dates: Twister tickets expire in 7 days, so use them in play immediately; tournament tickets are valid for 2 months.

  5. Don't forget about the Side Quest: €150 in MTT rake turns into €10 of free cash game play — a nice bonus for those who are already actively playing tournaments.

The iPOPS series is a rare format where activity is rewarded across three fronts simultaneously, and the entry threshold starts literally from cents. Even playing at micro-limits, you can reach the €500 buy-in Main Event through satellites, Twisters, and the leaderboard. The main thing is to enter tournaments regularly and not let tickets expire.
