The entire loyalty system fits into two tiers — Red and Star — and one currency, RSP Points. Let's figure out how it works and how much you can actually get back.
What are RSP Points and where do they come from
RSP Points (also known as Status Points, SP) are the room's internal bonus points. They are not abstract "activity points" but a direct reflection of the rake you've paid.
There is one rule, and it applies to everyone:
For every €1 of rake or tournament fee, 10 RSP Points are awarded.
Points are earned in both real-money cash games and tournaments with a cash buy-in. The room considers the portion of the buy-in that goes to them as a fee. No "activity hours," no quests: sit at the table, play a hand, pay rake — earn points.
An important detail that is usually written in small print: accrual is proportional. The system does not round down or "eat" cents. If the tournament fee is €0.45, exactly 4.50 points will be credited to your balance. Over thousands of tournaments, these fractions add up to a tangible amount.
Red Level: A Base Status You Can't Lose
Red is the starting tier that every player receives immediately after registration. There's no need to play through or confirm anything.
The exchange rate at this level is: 50 SP = €1, which is equivalent to 20% rake back.
Let's check the math: 50 points are earned with €5 in paid fees, and when exchanged, they turn into €1. One euro from five is exactly 20%.
The main advantage of the Red level is its unconditional nature. No matter how much rake you generate in a month (or don't generate at all), the status remains yours. Play two evenings a month at micro-limits — you still get back a fifth of the fees. For a casual player who sits at the table for enjoyment, not for a win rate graph, this is a fair and predictable system.
Star Level: 35% Rakeback for Serious Players
Star is an advanced status for regular players. The exchange rate here is significantly better: 29 SP = €1, meaning 35% rake back.
The difference between the levels seems modest only on paper. In reality, every euro at Star costs you 29 points instead of 50 — meaning you get back 1.7 times more from the same volume of play.
How to Get Star Status
There is one condition: earn 5000 RSP Points.
In understandable terms: 5000 points is €500 in paid rake within a calendar month. You can track your progress directly in the poker client: My Account → VIP.
As soon as the counter reaches 5000, the level is upgraded immediately — no need to wait for the beginning of the next month. And then the most pleasant part begins: 35% applies for the rest of the current month plus the entire next calendar month. This means a player who meets the requirement, say, on March 3rd, receives increased rakeback for almost two months in advance.
How to Maintain Status
Qualification needs to be confirmed: 5000 SP each calendar month. If you don't meet the target, you return to the Red level from the next month. There are no penalties; only the exchange rate changes. Earn it again, and the Star status returns.

A small note for pedants: at a rate of 29 SP, the exact percentage of return is 34.48% — the room rounds this figure to 35%. This does not affect payouts, but it's useful to know.

How to Exchange Bonus Points for Money
The exchange mechanism is manual — the room does not credit rakeback automatically on a schedule; the decision remains with the player.
Steps:
Open the RedStar Poker client RedStar Poker.
Go to the My Account → Points Exchange section.
Exchange your accumulated balance for real money.
The received money is credited to your gaming account: you can immediately use it back in play.
Minimum threshold is 50 SP. Until you have less than this in your balance, the exchange button is inactive. Once the threshold is met, the entire accumulated amount is exchanged without remainder, including the fractional part. For example, at the Red level, a balance of 75 SP turns into €1.50 — the system does not discard the "excess" 25 points.

RSP Points Expiry: The Main Trap for the Inattentive
The only rule that causes players to genuinely lose money.
Points earned in the current calendar month are available for exchange until the end of the next calendar month (GMT time).
Example: everything you earned in June must be exchanged no later than the last day of July. With the arrival of August, June points expire.
And here's the crucial point: expired points cannot be recovered. Not through support, not by request, not as an exception. Therefore, the only reasonable habit is to visit Points Exchange at least once a month, ideally in the last few days. Twenty seconds in the client versus lost rakeback — the trade-off is obvious.
What Else is Important to Know
Exchanging points does not affect your VIP level. If you exchanged your entire balance immediately after reaching Star status, the status remains. Qualification progress and spent points exist independently of each other.
Exchanges do not affect bonus clearing. If you are clearing a deposit bonus concurrently, converting RSP Points into money does not affect its progress.
Points are only converted into money. There is no rewards store, lotteries, wheels of fortune, or exchange for tournament tickets in the system. Some may miss gamification, but direct cashback has an undeniable advantage: you always know exactly how much you will receive and don't overpay for merchandise at inflated rates.
Who is This Loyalty Program Suitable For
Casual Players. The starting level requires no qualification and stays with you forever — 20% works at any volume of play.
Mid-Stakes Regulars. €500 rake per month is a realistic target for a player who spends several sessions a week at the tables. 35% in this segment is a competitive figure in the market.
Tournament Players. Fees from buy-ins are counted equally with cash game rake, and proportional accrual is particularly beneficial for those who play many tournaments with small buy-ins.
